S&A was founded by George Sitaras in 2010, with a mission of providing high-level and bespoke legal services to businesses and entrepreneurs, as a cost-effective, nimble alternative to the larger firms. S&A has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from large multinational companies, to small local businesses, in a variety of sectors, on complex commercial litigation as well as business, corporate and real estate transactions, contracts, structuring of investments and debt transactions, corporate governance advisory, and employment matters.

S&A often serves as outside general counsel to our business clients and high net-worth individuals, guiding them on business and investment structuring, establishment of corporate governance norms, fundraising, employment matters, contracts, finance (covering the entire spectrum of debt/project finance transactions), dealing and negotiating with investors, government regulators, and other stakeholders, along with virtually all matters at the intersection of law and business, and in areas where S&A does not practice (such as immigration, tax, securities offerings, and criminal law), we assist clients in identifying, assembling, coordinating, and managing the best legal talent in those fields through our extensive network and professional relationships in the U.S. and abroad.
