Richard Diorio

Richard Diorio is an associate at Sitaras & Associates, PLLC.

His practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, representing individuals and businesses.  Prior to joining S&A, Richard worked on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters. Richard graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and as an extern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and New York State Department of Financial Services.

Richard is licensed to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern District and Eastern District of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and American Inn of Court. In addition to English Richard speaks Japanese, French, and (some) Mandarin.
