Lina Mirous

Lina Mirous is a Law Clerk at Sitaras & Associates, PLLC. Lina passed the July 2025 New York Bar Exam and is currently pending admission. She earned an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law on a full merit scholarship in partnership with Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Before moving to New York, Lina gained experience at a global American law firm, working in its Paris banking and finance practice group.  Lina also passed the Paris Bar and holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Law and Management, with honors, as well as two master’s degrees in Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

At S&A, Lina assists in representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation and corporate advisory matters, including shareholder disputes, real estate transactions, contractual issues, and corporate governance matters.
