Anubhav Khamroi

Anubhav Khamroi is an associate at the Firm and represents a wide array of corporate and individual clients on complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on corporate governance disputes, shareholder disputes, construction, and commercial contract disputes. Anubhav regularly represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as at institutional mediations and arbitrations. He also works on strategic corporate advisory matters, involving both equity and debt-finance transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Anubhav served as a judicial fellow to Hon. Gerald Lebovits at the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. Before moving to New York, he worked at a preeminent law firm in India, where he primarily advised on banking & finance and corporate governance related matters.
