Almerinda (“Alma”) is a real estate attorney with a focus on residential and commercial transactions, offering practical legal guidance to individuals, investors, developers, and businesses. With a comprehensive understanding of property law, she advises clients through every stage of the real estate process—from contract negotiation and due diligence to closing and post-transaction support. She regularly represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, commercial leasing. She also represents multifamily property owners in New York City on regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management matters.

In addition to her real estate work, Alma also advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, joint ventures, operating agreements, shareholder agreement and contract negotiation and litigation-related issues.

Known for her detail-oriented approach and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, Alma ensures that each transaction is handled efficiently and with the client’s long-term interests in mind.
